Everything you want to achieve is achievable, understand your limits and be free, go over, slowly but constantly practice your life. See who you are and smile, accept it and make yourself a better being. Find a way through things the way it is possible for you. See life differently, be happy, be patient and practice! Your life will happen. Yoga is “the present”, take it!
I started my Yoga journey about 20 years ago and since then I have practiced different styles of Yoga because I love learning and share my experience. I believe that the more I learn a better teacher I become. I love details and to explore and find different sides of my inner-self through practice. My aim is to give tools to the students for them to find their own way to happiness and peace. We are all different and what is good for someone might be not good for someone else, I would like the students to appreciate and enhance their differences, accepting them and make them their beauty.

She encourages her students to practice without judgement, and to consider their yoga mats as a sacred space of self discovery.
Rishin was first introduced to yoga growing up in India at the age of five but it wasn’t until he injured himself in his early 30s and took up yoga on my physiotherapist's recommendation that he really appreciated it. She received her teacher training in 2013 with Yoga District, a studio based out of Washington DC and centered around Dharma Mittra Yoga. Later, she continued to expand her practice through schools focused on Baptiste Power Yoga and Ana Forrest Yoga.
Rachel makes her classes fun and enjoyable through music and creative, variety-filled sequences. Students will feel both challenged yet comfortable as sequences are adjusted depending on individual ability. Not everyone is for yoga. But yoga is for everyone.
