Omega Movement is a mind-body movement!
Humans were made to move - to dart, run, walk, swim, jump, skip, hop and dance. Our aim is to get people moving in whatever way they find comfortable and within their abilities, having fun whilst doing it!
Our goal is to create community that shares a love of wellbeing and life. Mind-body movement improves strength, fluidity, health, mood, and promotes contentment. We believe that by promoting mind-body connection on an individual level, we can build a community of people who contribute more to those around them.
Omega Movement is joining Stour Space for the May Weekender 26-30 May 2016 for some creative exploration and nature! Three sessions complimentary for our community.
